Campus Billiards Craft Beer & Sports Bar in Cypress, Ca is Now Hiring fun & energetic Social Media Content Creator / Shot Girl (Person).

This job is perfect for someone that is 21 or OLDER, with the strong desire to work in a bar/restaurant.

This position is NOT for somebody that is an established bartender Because this position is entry-level, the tips are going to be much lower then you are used to making.

This position is NOT for somebody that is an experienced server. Because this position is entry-level, the tips are going to be much lower then you are used to making as a seasoned server.

MOST IMPORTANT

MUST be comfortable behind and in front of the camera for social media marketing Must be comfortable using your own Social Media account to share content.

Fast Paced / Lightning fast service is a necessity. Must be willing to help promote Campus on shift days. Must be comfortable walking with Jell-O shots and upselling shots THIS IS A HUGE MUST The job is 90% walking around Selling Shots/Jell-O shots.

There’s been some confusion about this position in the past so I am trying to be as clear as possible the Shot Girl // person spends their entire shift running around with shots and also is creating social media content for the business.

This is not a sit down and wait for customers to walk up to you, this is a go-getter position with you carrying shots on the floor and upselling.

If you’re not comfortable walking up to people and talking to them, this is not the job for you. This is a sales job.

Note - Must be able to work ALL Friday & Saturday nights. Server experience not required but ANY experience in the restaurant industry is beneficial

The shift now are 8 or 9 pm - 2:30 am Friday & Saturday Nights.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

- 21 and OLDER ONLY - Sell Shots - Jell-O shots, Mexican Candy, Jolly Rancher, Cactus Cooler, Gummy Bear, White Tea Shots, Serve beer, hard cider, wine, cocktails and food to bar patrons. Create social media content on all scheduled shifts.
- You MUST pass a pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs
- You MUST be willing to learn about ALL the Craft Beer we have at Campus.
- Be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with people.
- Be a team player and enjoy working cooperatively with others.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have reliable transportation and arrive at all shifts on time.
- Be able to utilize the POS system correctly and efficiently to complete financial transactions.
- Be able to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.

Education, Experience, and Skills: - Experience working in a bar or busy restaurant a plus.
