Production Assistant

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, from pre-production through to post-production. You will play a key role in maintaining our standards of excellence and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Pre-Production Assistance**:
- Count and prepare t-shirts and other apparel items for printing or embroidery.
- Verify inventory and organize materials for easy accessibility.
- **During-Production Assistance**:
- Assist machine operators by setting up and cleaning equipment.
- Monitor production for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Count finished items to ensure order accuracy.
- **Post-Production Assistance**:
- Package and label completed orders.
- Assist with the handover of orders to customers during pickups.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production environment, particularly in apparel, is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
