Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage our company's restaurant operations. The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the overall success of our organization. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure smooth operations across all functional areas
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Strong knowledge of restaurant industry and emerging technologies that drive restaurant operation simplification
- Oversight and management of company P&L
- Manages projects with varying degrees of complexity
- Make data driven decisions to grow revenue and improve restaurant profitability
- Monitor all restaurant operations
- Design, monitor and improve front and back of house business practices through analysis and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, laws, codes
- Oversight of GMs at each location and monitor prime costs for each location
- Collaborate with leadership team to initiate and drive sales growth across all locations
- Participate in developing project strategies, budget, quality standards, and success criteria for each location
- Menu development oversight
- Employee health and overall satisfaction monitored and kept in check
- Ensure product continuity across locations
- Ensure GMs are following all training standards with their teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management in the restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans
- Strong business acumen with experience in business development and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
