Lola’s Cocktail Bar is a vibrant and dynamic venue, part of the esteemed Hill Restaurant Group, known for its unique cocktails, lively atmosphere, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Barback who will also assist with bussing and food running duties.

**Responsibilities**:
*Barback Duties:*
- Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Restock liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies as needed.
- Ensure bar stations are adequately stocked with glassware, garnishes, and other essentials.
- Clean and sanitize bar areas, including countertops, sinks, and floors.

*Bussing Duties:*
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
- Assist servers with carrying trays and other tasks as needed.

*Food Runner Duties:*
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy and presentation of food orders.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a barback, busser, or food runner role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
