We are seeking a dedicated Barback to join our team at The Delegate Restaurant. As a Barback, you will be an essential part of our bar team, ensuring that our bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional drinks and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked bar area, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies.
  • Clean and polish glassware, utensils, and bar equipment to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Prepare and restock garnishes, fruit, and other items needed for drink preparation.
  • Assist bartenders during peak periods by promptly providing them with necessary ingredients, ice, and glassware.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and tidy, including disposing of empty bottles and trash.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Barback is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with bartenders and other staff.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the demands of the position.
