**Duties**:
- Assist with day-to-day post-harvest production and packaging.
- Hand manicure cannabis flower carefully and quickly to obtain desired look and bag appeal.
- Follow company inventory procedures and accurately count, weigh, package & record cannabis products.
- Assist with the preparation of cannabis for proper and efficient pre-roll manufacturing.
- Separate and track cannabis buds, trim, stems, and plant material wasted.
- Responsible for keeping a neat and organized work area and ensuring the proper organization and tracking of materials.
- Responsible for regular cleaning and sanitizing of work areas to maintain a clean working environment and avoid the introduction of contaminants.
- Assist with general work required to maintain production standards including safety and quality of worksite.
- Other tasks to help with cultivation and production as needed requested by management.
**Skills**:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating plant growth
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for operating trimming equipment
- Ability to collect and record data on plant growth and health
- Physical stamina for performing heavy lifting and manual labor
- Familiarity with landscape and horticulture practices
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in horticulture, farming, and agriculture
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate irrigation systems
- Proficiency in basic math and mechanical knowledge
- Skilled in using hand tools for gardening tasks
- Strong understanding of greenhouse operations and plant care
- Previous experience in managing post-harvest activities
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
