National Softwash has a job opening for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician for Exterior Cleaning and Holiday Lights Installation. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform SoftWash cleaning services on various surfaces, such as roofs, sidings, and decks, following company guidelines and industry standards.
  • Install, maintain, and remove Holiday Lights for residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality design and safety.
  • Inspect and identify issues or damages on surfaces and determine appropriate SoftWash techniques and products for effective cleaning.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools necessary for SoftWash cleaning and Holiday Lights installation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and any relevant notes or observations.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment, identifying any issues and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SoftWash cleaning and Holiday Lights installation techniques.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in SoftWash/Pressure wash cleaning and/or Holiday Lights installation is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and objects.
  • Clear communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Background check required
Compensation
  • $ 20 per hour guaranteed
  • Production based Bonus-ranges from $ 1 per hour to $ 16 per hour
  • Overtime eligible
  • 5 days paid vacation via accrual
  • Medical insurance is not included (currently)
