Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Utilize medical scheduling software such as Epic for appointment management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Skills**:

- Experience in a dental or medical office environment
- Proficiency in patient service and handling inquiries with empathy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Familiarity with Epic or similar medical scheduling software
- Strong administrative skills for office tasks
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Understanding of emergency room (ER) procedures

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.55 - $22.00 per hour
