**Job Duties Include**:

- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions
- Maintain cash register
- Maintaining outstanding standards as per company Policies & Procedures
- Establish and maintain business relationships with every customer
- Work closely with all other departments and with suppliers to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded
- Strong product knowledge and ability to solve customer problems/issues
- Upsell/Cross sell to increase sales and profits
- Organizing, cycle counting, merchandising and housekeeping
- Purchasing for rush type orders
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Business or Industrial Distribution Degree preferred
- Or, 1-2 years related industrial sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Math and Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc )
- Clear driving record
- Self-Starter and ability to work in a Team environment
- Bilingual a plus
- Available to work Mon - Fri between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00 pm
- Some overtime required (including weekends)

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to move quickly to pull orders and wait on customers
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to unload materials and stock shelves
