**Description**

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working AR/AP Specialist to join our team The AR/AP Specialist is responsible for support and process-billing activities in the administrative department.

**Your responsibilities in this role**

1. Enter daily jobs in ERP system (Sage 300)

2. Enter freight fees

3. Send postage balance

4. Enter deposits

5. Enter ACH & wires

6. Customer Service: credit references, postage summaries, missing invoices, and transaction listing reports per customer’s request. Answer any questions regarding their billing.

7. Enter monthly billing

8. Create standing orders for new contracts and amendments

9. Create and update profiles for customers in ERP system (Sage 300)

**For invoice statements**:

- Prepare all the billing packages
- Print the web activity reports
- Assign job numbers for every customer
- Reconcile billing
- Check all the billing reports
- Enter all the information on Sage
- Proceed with the billing

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in high volume AP / AR position.
- Excellent ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
- 1-2+ years of related experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Strong familiarity with office work
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Multitasking, prioritizing, and dependability
- Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Invoice Payment experience.
- High School Diploma or GED

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
