The CCS Companies, a leader in Business Process Outsourcing, is currently looking to hire a skilled administrator for our current Legal Administrator opening to support our Insurance team

The Legal Admin will review Insurance files for collectability through the means of litigation, securing counsel and actively monitoring and guiding the file throughout the litigation process to post judgment.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Supports uninsured motorist subrogation claims for which the responsible party has secured counsel.
- Directly handles attorney represented files-securing payment plans and settlements based on the clients’ parameters, handling disputes.
- Resolves issues fairly for settlements and promptly identifies legal issues to ensure quick resolution.
- Reviews reporting and assigns files to Legal Forwarding Representatives.
- Updates, organizes and creates training documents.
- Comprehends and executes verbal and written directions from supervisors and managers.
- Keeps supervisors and managers abreast of workflow influxes and variances.
- Participates in various problem solving and decision-making activities requiring skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, analyzing, basic math, independent thinking, and organization, prioritizing and planning.
- Takes on additional responsibilities as time allows such as but not limited to; updating documents with management’s approval, support audits and work with the Synergy team on projects for the Legal Forwarding group.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the collections, insurance or legal industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Business support and administrative skills preferred.
- Basic math and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with electronic and manual filing systems.
- Familiarity of legal processes a plus.
- Moderate typing skills of 40 WPM preferred.
- Dependable, organized and attention to detail.
- Coachable: receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embraces continuous improvement, and responsive to change.
- Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- High School diploma or equivalent required, some college experience preferred.
- Legal experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
