Affinity House is provides flexible and affordable student housing. We offer beautiful housing for people who want to meet and engage with like-minded people. Our spaces are beautiful and community is engaging.

Our female only building across from UCLA has a mix of shared and private rooms and is looking for a responsible and reliable housing director to assist with reception, member relations and touring. Specific job responsibilities are:
1. Professionally respond to phone calls, texts, tour requests, and member concerns
2. Professionally greet members and guests, provide tours of our spaces to prospective guests and members, and schedule tours
3. Provide daily check in and check out inspections for all members and guests coming and going
4. Update and manage online move ins, lease process, and communications
5. Follow-up with previous clients that came in office
6. Oversee property cleanliness
7. Conduct weekly inventory counts, and maintain an appropriate level of inventory
8. Manage payments and maintain collection log
9. Assist staff and members with tasks
10. Host one monthly house meeting to address member concerns
11. Book tour requests

**Job Type**: Full-time or Part-Time

**Expected hours**: 40 per week

**Schedule**: 8 hour shifts from Noon to 8pm
Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon

**Benefits**: paid holiday, paid time off

**Salary**: $22/ hour

**Location**: Los Angeles (Westwood), CA

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
