**Position Summary**:
The Corporate Contract & Legal Analyst will help operating companies, and ISS as a whole, avoid contractual disputes and financial losses. He/she will review contract terms and conditions before contracts are signed, interpret contractual requirements, negotiate favorable legal terms with other Parties on behalf of the company, and draft contractual provisions and amendments as needed. The Analyst will also provide legal support to the General Counsel.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage legal oversight of contracts lifecycle management (CLM) tool.
- Serve as the legal point of contact with sales and procurement teams for contract matters.
- Provide legal review and analysis of customer and vendor contract modifications.
- Manage legal review of new contract templates and clause library for alternate contract wording.
- Ensure contractual documents are processed into and maintained in relevant database.
- Assist General Counsel in tracking and responding to ongoing litigation or external disputes.
- Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist with other legal tasks as requested by General Counsel

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree.
- Law degree or 3+ years of paralegal or contract management experience.
- In-house legal work experience a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Superior time management, research, and organizational skills plus high attention to detail.
- Flexible and motivated to take ownership of projects and demonstrate follow-through.
- Ability to work independently.
- Collaborative with ability to work well with others systemwide.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects to meet project deadlines.

**Physical Demands**:

- Involves sitting at a desk and/or standing up for extended periods of time.
- Involves lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to hear telephone conversations and speak clearly.
- Ability to travel domestically, approx. 15% or less.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
