**Responsibilities**:

- Proved expert knowledge and advice on automotive parts and accessories to customers.
- Utilize resources to research and locate hard-to-find parts.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalents, Associate or Bachelor's degree in Automtive Technology is a plus.
- Two plus years of experience in automotive parts sales, customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task while dealing with phones, retail customers and technicians.
- Strong computer skill, including proficiency with parts management software.
