Bilingual (Spanish) Lead Case Manager

The Lead Case Manager is also responsible for providing structured support, training, and supervision of other case managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Master’s Degree in a related field or Knowledge of the ORR policies, procedures, and practices. OR a Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of supervisory and case management experience.
- Ability to establish priorities and direct subordinate staff working on a range of concurrent tasks and activities.
- Bilingual in Spanish and have excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills.
- A valid NYS Driver’s License
- COVID vaccinated
**Requirements**:
- Maintain ORR policies knowledge for effective program operation. Ensure UC release is safe, timely, and team-trained.
- Oversee team workflow and meetings for release facilitation.
- Coordinate information sharing among stakeholders.
- Provide weekly updates on release progress.
- Conduct quality assurance for UC care.
Pay: $66,300.00 - $67,600.00 per year
