We're seeking a freelance experiential producer for an upcoming project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to translate brand visions into immersive, engaging experiences
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring we deliver impactful experiences within client constraints
- Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best partners for each project (think venue rentals, fabrication, A/V)
- Manage project timelines and milestones, keeping everyone on track and informed
- Oversee logistics and on-site execution, ensuring flawless delivery of the experience
- Foster strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and exceeding expectations
- Analyze post-event data to measure success and inform future projects

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or a related field
- A proven track record of delivering successful events or activations
- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with clients
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected challenges
- Budget management expertise and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
- Passion for the experiential marketing industry and a love for creating impactful experiences
