Job Summary:

The Retail Engagement & Marketing team is responsible for crafting and executing programs and campaigns that enhance the experience of our retail customers and teams. Our focus is on creating meaningful connections between technology, arts, and education within our retail spaces. As a Programming Producer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the vision of our in-store experiential programs, particularly the Today at Client series. This role involves collaborating with Heads of Programming across the Americas to produce talent-led programs and ensuring their successful execution in our retail stores.

  • Understanding of market-wide trends, themes, and current cultural events.
  • Experience in managing high-profile events and partnerships, including working with emerging and established talent across various content formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution.

Description:

  • Assist AMR Head of Programmings in the production of talent-led Today at Client programs.
  • Develop and manage program production timelines, providing daily project management support.
  • Oversee all production tools, including talent production tracker, product compensation tracker, and programming schedule.
  • Coordinate talent and partner assets and information.
  • Write and submit series and talent session briefs through the database management system.
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop promotional/marketing assets, ensuring accurate details and approvals.
  • Support talent rehearsal sessions and provide feedback on the experience design.
  • Work closely with retail store Managers, Programming Experts, and Creatives to ensure event production meets specifications.
  • Develop staffing strategies for each program, including talent, moderators, and store staff.
  • Coordinate with audio and production vendors for music performances.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing updates and input from a programming perspective.
  • Process artist payments and invoices as needed.
  • Maintain green room orders and approved rider requests.
  • Review and edit event recaps developed by Programming Experts and create monthly recaps for reporting to Retail Marketing.
  • Create and modify decks for internal and external presentations.
  • Provide meeting support by setting up internal and external programming meetings, drafting agendas, and guiding discussions.
  • Attend select talent-led programs and serve as the primary contact for talent as needed.
  • Support Head of Programming’s with other responsibilities as needed.
