We are **seeking a PATIENT and CARING Office Manager** in (Houston, Texas) with at least 2 years of experience working in a dental office. **Responsibilities** (but not limited to):

- Present treatment plans
- Help front desk when needed
- Ability to maintain doctor's schedule to meet production goals along with the hygiene schedule
- Guide Drs and staff for a better office flow (guaranteeing office productivity)
- Schedule appointments accordingly
- Should be familiar with dental terminology and procedures
- Someone that is dependable, energetic, self-motivated, and professional
- Must be willing to work full-time
- Lead by example
- Statements and AR **(We have our own claims company that processes claims and appeals)**:

**Dental Office Manager Requirements**:

- A Minimum of 2 years of Dental Administration experience (_required_)
- Prior Manager experience (_required_)
