THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

As our Dental Office Hygiene Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with the hygiene team and assistants to ensure smooth operations. This involves maintaining an optimal flow and maximizing hygiene appointments to provide efficient patient care. You'll also be in charge of pre- and post-appointment follow-ups with patients to ensure their satisfaction and well-being. Additionally, part of your role will involve treatment planning, including assessing patient needs and coordinating with our dentistry team. You will also manage hygiene supplies to ensure the necessary resources are available for appointments and treatments.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • 3 years of dentistry office experience
  • Proficiency with Open Dental software

Having back-office and patient-facing experience is preferred. An active dentistry assistant/hygiene license is a plus


YOUR SCHEDULE

You'll have flexibility within these hours:

  • Monday: 9 AM - 7 PM
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Friday: 9 AM - 3 PM
