**Salary**:$75,000 to $90,000 annually

**OVERVIEW**

The Retail Account Representative is responsible for maximizing and growing Beck Oils Retail market share, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Retail Account Representative will maintain and grow customer relationships and technical fulfillment of products and services by executing strategies for growth, customer retention, competitive displacement, and customer satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage current branded dealer accounts.

Grow Retail Dealer business, both branded and Unbranded.

Initiates contact with new and prospective dealer clients. Working with management, prepares and presents proposals. Closes the proposal by scheduling appointments, creating presentations, understanding account requirements, and building rapport.

Updates existing clients on new products, services and branding offerings.

Serves as primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolves issues and complaints. Provides updates on new products, services and brand offerings.

Audits his/her client files to maintain accurate record-keeping.

Collaborates internally with multiple departments including account management and marketing.

Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive refiners and suppliers.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS**

1.A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

2.Proven experience in a sales role or related experience as an account representative.

3.4 years of experience in account management with a minimum of 2-year account management in the Oil and Gas industry.

4.Experience in customer service.

5.Proficient in MS Office.

6.Valid drivers license with acceptable driving history.

7.Must have excellent oral and written communications and effective customer relations skills.

8.Self-starter able to work independently.

**Language Ability**:
Ability to effectively communicate with management in English. Ability to interact with all levels of management.

**Work Environment**:
