**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for patients in a dental office setting
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of the dental office
- Ensure that all patient appointments are accurately recorded and updated in the scheduling system
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Maintain and update patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling and appointments
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Assist in managing and resolving scheduling conflicts or issues

Qualifications:

- Previous experience using scheduling software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks
- Proficient in using systems and technology, including phone systems and electronic medical records
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
