We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer who is ready to take on the challenge of building our platform from the ground up. As a Co-Founder/Partner, you will play a crucial role in our company, working closely with the founding team to develop, launch, and iterate on our product. This role does not offer a salary initially; instead, you will receive equity in the company and share in our future success as we grow and achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to define and implement the technical vision
- Identify and address technical challenges and risks.
- Implement security and data protection protocols.
- Participate in product development discussions, contributing technical insights and feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.).
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
