Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions, including front-end and back-end components, to meet the needs of our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain APIs, UIs, and other software components to support our business applications.
- Own the full lifecycle of web software development, from idea to production, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Provide programming expertise and business analysis skills to analyze, design, modify, and develop business applications.
- Create and educate on programming specifications, design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
- Analyze and develop logical database designs, data models, and relational data definitions across multiple computing environments.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in Java,.NET, Python, and full-stack development for cloud solutions (Azure or AWS).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience coordinating team efforts in a project or operations environment.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with databases and data modeling/design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Proficiency in YAML, Java, J2EE,.NET, Apache Web Services, XML, and Restful-API/Kafka & event-driven integration capabilities.
- Excellent proficiency with ANSI-SQL querying structured and unstructured data sources (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, No-SQL).
- Ability to assess logs, solve complex performance issues, and conduct code reviews.
- Experience building integration with third-party solution providers for software-as-a-service, managed service, and commercial-off-the-shelf solutions.
- Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year.
- Eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.
