Are you an excellent communicator with a knack for handling phone calls with ease? More Clicks is seeking Call Center Operators to join our expanding team in Cincinnati. As a Call Center Operator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with inquiries, support requests, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established scripts and guidelines.
- Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving account-related inquiries.
- Listen attentively to clients' concerns, providing empathetic and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Accurately document all client interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
