JOB DESCRIPTION:

- The Management and Program Analyst shall perform a variety of in-depth management/program analyses functions and present alternatives, conclusions, and recommendations to management for development and execution of proposed activities. Performs a variety of management/program functions for the organization. Plans, initiates, coordinates, and conducts in-depth studies involving a wide variety of work operations including, but not limited to, budget and financial management, compliance management, human resource forecasting and planning, facilities management, strategic planning, and/or training that have a direct impact on operations and missions of the Division. The contractor shall assess and recommend appropriate personnel actions and resource levels necessary to evaluate individual operations and functions for the purpose of ascertaining improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, modification, and/or recommendations for better management and operational goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

- Five (5) or more years of analytical techniques and methodologies experience
- Prepares weekly, biweekly, and monthly HR reports for multiple levels of leadership.
- Manages the Service Academy Fellowship Program, overseeing the recruitment of outstanding military cadets to provide them the opportunity to have a six week internship.
- Monitors overdue performance reports and creates status reports for the leadership.
- Utilizes systems such as EPAS, Sentinel, HR Source, and SharePoint in execution of daily responsibilities.
- SharePoint administrator for 150 unit sites within the Division.
- Monitors and resolves network access and SharePoint tickets submitted to the Request Center Portal within the Division.
- Updates and maintains the Administrative Unit's SharePoint site with information and announcements targeted to all Division members.
- Possesses and professionally utilizes extensive software to include SharePoint and Internet search abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, exemplary interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as a group.
- Provides network access to new permanent and temporary employees, detailees, and contractors assigned to the Division.
- Removes network access to employees, detailees, and contractors departing the Division.
- Prepare reports that present findings, cite applicable policies, identify causative situations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to management officials.
- Researches and analyzes existing policies, reports, files, guidelines, directives, laws, statues, objectives, operations, and available resources.
- Gathers, interprets, analyzes, and correlates narrative, workload and statistical data regarding the functions, workload, and productivity of the program.
- Conduct detailed, in-depth analysis of program activities and present alternatives, conclusions, and recommendations to management for the development of execution of proposed activities.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
