Position Overview:
C&C Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, scheduling, customer service, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage schedules for cleaning staff.
Arrange appointments with clients and ensure timely service delivery.
Handle rescheduling requests and manage any last-minute changes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and communication.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Management Support:
Provide administrative support to management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Attend management meetings as requested
Communication:
Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring effective information flow within the office.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.

Miscellaneous:
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals of C&C Cleaning Services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail is a must.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

- **Required Education**: High school or equivalent
- **Required Experience**: Mid level(3) years
