We are seeking multiple On-Site Supervisors for our operations.

Positions are available for both the daytime and nighttime teams, with a rotation schedule of 4 days on followed by 3 days off, then 3 days on and 4 days off, ensuring equitable weekend coverage among supervisors.

Compensation: Salary range is between $40,000 and $42,000, commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for performance bonuses.

Role Overview:
A supervisor is responsible for managing and executing all cleaning operations.

They oversee various projects and tasks while guiding the daily performance of cleaning staff to ensure adherence to the standards set by Office Pride and our clients.

Supervisors serve as mentors, helping cleaners understand and uphold the values of our growing organization. Opportunities for advancement are available, and we welcome veterans to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily cleaning of designated facilities until fully staffed.
2. Supervise the cleaning operations of assigned locations regularly.
3. Train and assist new team members.
4. Ensure new hires are familiar with campus access and security protocols.
5. Instruct new employees on timekeeping systems and address any issues with the office.
6. Provide retraining and feedback to employees as needed.
7. Cross-train staff to ensure coverage across various buildings.
8. Confirm that facilities are equipped with functional tools and sufficient supplies, reporting any shortages to the office.
9. Ensure compliance with Office Pride and client policies and procedures.
10. Monitor that appropriate uniforms are worn by employees.
11. Enforce safety and security protocols at all times.
12. Report any safety concerns immediately.
13. Address customer complaints in coordination with the office.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, reliability, excellent communication skills, and a positive demeanor are essential.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with minimal notice for changes.
- Maintain open communication with leadership, clients, and team members.
- Education and work history that reflect a strong work ethic and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality are crucial.
- Comfortable using basic technology.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.


Physically capable of remaining on your feet throughout the shift, including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.

Must possess and effectively use a smartphone (a stipend is provided to help with mobile data costs).

- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a 7-panel drug test.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
