Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a landscaping crew, ensuring high-quality work and efficient operations.

**Duties**:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various tasks such as irrigation, building, gardening, groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, tree care, and lawn care
- Plan and prioritize work assignments for the crew
- Ensure that landscaping projects are completed on time and within budget
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Perform hands-on landscaping duties alongside the crew as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscaping, including irrigation, gardening, groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, tree care, and lawn care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in landscaping operations

Pay: $19.80 - $21.03 per hour
