- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospice care and working with patients with memory care needs
- Proficiency in tube feeding, catheter care, and medical terminology
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Skilled in meal preparation and cooking for special dietary needs
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients in need of home health services.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
