**Machine Repair & Maintenance**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Maintain and repair of Millroom or other production equipment including saws, CNC routers and other industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot and Repair Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical and other components of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Perform Preventative and Predictive Maintenance to minimize production downtime and failures
- Organize and Maintain inventory of critical spares and replacement parts in a designated storage area
- Installation and repair of lift tables and accessories
- Troubleshoot and repair cooperatively with electricians PLC’s in lamination rooms
- Review and Diagnose failures using blueprints and schematics
- Work cooperatively with group leaders to improve machinery reliability and uptime
- Troubleshoot and Repair electrical and PLC low voltage wiring/controls
- Working in collaboration with other departments to restore production or secure planned downtime
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisors or managers
- Requires 3-5 years maintenance/machine repair
- Require operating knowledge of multimeter, amp clamps, megger and other electrical equipment
- Requires strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematics and prints
- Requires the ability to work in awkward or uncomfortable positions up to 50% of the time
- Requires the ability to shift priorities on the fly based on critical failures
- Ability to troubleshoot and program VFD’s preferred
- Previous Experience with Onsrud Routers, Weeke Routers, Holzma Saws highly preferred
- Previous Experience with bag presses and glue applicators highly preferred

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
