Personal Assistant

Looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication. Most work will be for the e-commerce retail business but will also range with daily personal tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Handle store returns
- Run errands
- Help manage e-commerce inventory (new orders, quantity, sizing)

**Skills**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Malibu, CA 90265: Relocate before starting work (required)
