Director of Maintenance

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance projects and tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and staff
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

**Skills**:

- Strong project management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as necessary
- Proficient in using maintenance management software or systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. The Director of Maintenance will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance activities within the organization.
