The Global Ambassador is the newest addition to Author & Edit, a growing collection of hospitality experiences by restaurant innovator, Sam Fox. You can now be a part of The Global Ambassador, a 141-room hotel, complete with five uniquely inspired dining experiences, an exclusive member's club, and a bespoke fitness and wellness center. **What **You’ll** Do**
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensure that Bartenders have clean towels and glassware, and the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
- Check taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs
- Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process
- Store delivered items properly
**Qualifications**
- Some previous experience as a bar back preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work on your feet for long periods
- Responsible alcohol service abilities
- Strong teamwork mentality and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and organizational abilities
