**Escrow Assistant/Processor Description**:
You're the backbone of the transaction holding it all together. Working with the different parties involved in the transaction, as well as the third parties to acquire the information for a successful closing. You're the Customer Service Champ Providing top-notch service while making the transaction as stress-free as possible for the clients. Processors are title magicians, making sure everything is cleared and ready for closing, finding and fixing mistakes on documents, and delivering every step of the way.

**Job Roles**:

- Assisting an Escrow Officer in managing real estate transactions in their entirety
- Understanding the escrow process
- Maintain communication with clients
- Assist customers and clients with closing related questions
- Receipt earnest money and contract
- Open orders
- Ordering of payoffs, HOA statement of accounts, surveys, and home warranties
- All other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications and Role Specific Knowledge**:

- Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within the Texas title industry, will provide training
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of RamQuest is desired but not a requirement
- Notary public or be bondable

We are seeking an Escrow Assistant with at least 1 years of title, real estate, or industry-related experience.
