**JOB MISSION**:
Maintain and develop reporting analysis and process documentation to assist business units and decision-making deliverables.

Develop understanding of the footwear product costing process throughout day-to-day work. Gain familiarity with design, materials, manufacturing processes, product construction and technologies.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Data Analytics
- Execute the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
- Assist in building analysis, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making of the organization
- Support business units, data teams and product/program management with process improvements for optimized delivery of diverse data requests
- Assist in developing processes and methodologies to automate reporting where possible
- Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities
- Play a key role in the Costing/Pricing process for International Markets

Product Costing Analytics
- Take responsibility for seeing that projects follow the cost guidelines and project requirements established by the team
- Attend meetings, collaborate, and support cross functional teams with costing information and direction
- Make recommendations on cost saving options
- Provide weekly estimates of product cost capturing Design, Development, and/or Marketing changes
- Prepare and report product costs at each milestone requirement on areas you support
- Review, analyze, verify, negotiate, and confirm product cost per timeline

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science or any applicable field
- 3+ years of related analytical work.
- Analytical mindset and organizational skills. Attention to detail a must.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and negotiation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Experience working with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence software tools is a plus (ie: Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python)
- Ability to work in a collaborative cross functional team environment; strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multi-task to meet timelines and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
