Janitorial Route Manager

Janitorial company seeking an experienced Route Manager.

- be able to work various hours, day or night
Bi-lingual is a plus
**Responsibilities**
- Inspect all customer accounts Monthly/Quarterly to insure that standards are being maintained.
- Follow policies and procedures regarding daily operations of janitorial contracts.
- Constantly work to sell Special Services work during quality inspections and during routine customer contacts. (Strip & Wax, Carpet Shampoos, Post Construction).
- Along with the Office Manager & Director of Customer Relations, assist in keeping the customer files in order. Ensure that all safety training, manuals, and OSHA standards are being met
- Set up account starts and provide assistance wherever needed to insure that accounts are started with proper J&E standards.
- Provide on-site training to new Associates and employees by completing the work schedule with on their first night, or in some cases, more than one night to insure a smooth start up.
- Provide ongoing training to Associates and employees through monthly meetings and trainings as needed. Development and maintain measurement spreadsheets to track and monitor complaints, and customer retention etc.
- Set up training classes that will continue to make our Associates the best in the commercial cleaning industry.
- Assist the Director of Customer Relations with the development of our Facility Service Institute
- Follow up and resolve any customer complaints. Response time to the complaint must be kept to a minimum (no more than one hour).
- Strive to be a team player and complete any other duties upon request.
