The Commercial Real Estate Deposit & Payment Solutions (DPS) Market Manager leads the overall non-credit revenue strategy and execution for the Real Estate Structured Finance market, consisting of commercial mortgage lenders and servicers. This includes deposits, treasury management, commercial card and other product areas. Establishes and maintains internal relationships in addition to senior involvement and interaction in all sizeable customer relationships with sophisticated commercial clients. Improves the alignment of DPS and Commercial Real Estate lending team, resulting in increased DPS revenue. Specific responsibilities include: develop sales strategies and establish sales objectives; engage in nationwide travel, trade participation, continuous recruiting and training of industry specific Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant RMs; develop and coordinate industry specific products; review financials and provide accurate monthly forecasts; identify pricing and rate parameters to ensure profitability of DPS relationships; maintain and grow a portfolio of the more complex, large-market clients; hire, mentor, and coordinate training for RMs and Assistant RMs and provide leadership in managing relationships and prospecting new clients; contribute and/or lead strategic initiatives across the business line.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of banking experience
- Five or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with commercial mortgage servicers.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Considerable tact and diplomacy skills

Location Expectation

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
