This position will be responsible for taking internal report requests from our team and external partners to create reports from various systems and databases as needed. Essential functions of the job can include:

- Compile detailed reports using various database tools and making recommendations from the findings.
- Gather data and compile information from various sources.
- Analyze data and information to identify key findings, trends, or insights that need to be communicated in the report.
- Write clear, concise, and well-structured reports that effectively convey the findings of the analysis. This may include executive summaries, detailed analyses, and recommendations.
- Ensure that reports are properly formatted according to guidelines. This includes proper use of headings, tables, graphs, and other visual aids to enhance readability and understanding.
- Review and edit reports for accuracy, clarity, coherence, grammar, and spelling errors.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure that reports are completed and delivered on time.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

**Experience**:

- Experience using SQL, Access and other related databases a plus.
- Proven experience in report writing, preferably in a professional setting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
