**Job Overview**:
As the VP of Digital Adoption & Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive widespread adoption and continuous improvement of our digital quick help tools. You'll lead a talented team focused on empowering employees and clients with the knowledge and skills to leverage these tools effectively, fostering a culture of digital fluency across the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional leadership to navigate change and inspire enthusiasm for digital adoption.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze usage data to identify areas for improvement in tool adoption.
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital adoption strategy to maximize tool utilization.
- Champion user-centric design principles to ensure ongoing improvement of the tools.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with expertise in training, change management, and data analysis.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning and growth.
- Establish clear performance metrics and track team progress towards achieving digital adoption goals.
- Partner with product and technology teams to ensure the tools meet user needs and continuously evolve.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development and feature updates.
- Champion a "user-centric" approach to technology development within the organization.
- Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a culture of digital adoption and innovation.
- Partner with leadership to address resistance to change and build buy-in for the digital transformation journey.
- Track and measure the impact of digital adoption on key business metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing teams within a technology or user experience context.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital adoption strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for technology and its potential to empower individuals and organizations.

**Pay Range**:
$119,120-$178,680/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
