We have a rarely available opportunity for an exceptional Admissions Coordinator to work within the health center of our non-profit senior living community.

As an integral part our team, the Admissions Coordinator is the first point of contact for people seeking nursing care in our short term, long term, or memory care units. You will be working with prospective patients, families, and hospitals. Your role will be to establish a trusting relationship with patient and family members, understanding their clinical needs, and assisting them in the admission process at Fairview. You will work will be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.

- Minimum of one year of Admissions experience
- Demonstrates the ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate all admission activity with a focus on processing admission paperwork and computer-generated forms and reports.
- Works with the clinical team in the coordination of admissions to Fairview in accordance with governmental regulations and Fairview policy and practice.
- Knows and complies with facility Privacy Practices policies and procedures.
- Is readily available and represents the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner.
- Coordinates admission activities and documentation with all respective departments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Acts as a liaison between facility and community groups and agencies.
