**Job purpose**

Spectrum Concierge is a home services company providing home watch, repair and maintenance, and housekeeping services to residents in Naples and Bonita Springs, Florida. The purpose of the Home Services Professional position is to:

- Provide thorough and detailed home inspections as per Spectrum Concierge checklists and processes
- Provide maintenance and repair services as licensed and necessary for clients of Spectrum Concierge
- Provide outdoor cleaning services, including pressure cleaning, window cleaning, de-bugging, cushion cleaning, grill cleaning and more, as a component of Spectrum's secondary service, Accent Outdoor.
- Provide “concierge-style” services to our clients, per the Spectrum Concierge service agreement, relating to their home and lifestyle here in Southwest Florida
- Conduct vehicle exercising and care processes per the Spectrum Concierge vehicle maintenance checklist.
- Perform measures necessary to the wellbeing of the homes of Spectrum Concierge clients
- Act as advocate for success of, and perform such duties as needed in, the day to day operations of Accent Cleaning Services
- Participate in the Spectrum Concierge “On-Call” program as indicated in the program literature and as specified by ownership.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be able to utilize a computer and tablet, and have general knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must have no prior criminal background
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work outside in temperatures up to 100 degrees
- Preference for maintenance person and/or hospitality background

**Physical requirements**

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
