**Job Title: Marketing Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and increasing patient influx for our business. You will be tasked with devising innovative marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and engaging with businesses both in-person and over the phone. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed set goals and benchmarks, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a knack for social media marketing, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase revenue.
- Engage with businesses through phone calls and in-person visits to promote our services and establish partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and healthcare.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with businesses and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong social media marketing skills, including content creation and community engagement.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to think creatively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Commission

Pay: $600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
