**Starting at $26.44/hour with increases available for relevent experience and higher education up to $31.14**

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA.

Qualifications:
**Job Requirements**:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers license **required**:

- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, HR, Business Management, Education or other related field **required** OR 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree
- Minimum of three (3) years high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting experience **required**.**:

- Experience using an ATS **required**.**

**Schedule**:

- 3 day new hire orientation M-W 8-4pm
- Flexible Hybrid schedule TBD in interview
