Job Title: Night Security Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises, identifying potential security risks, and responding to emergencies.

**Duties**:

- Patrol assigned areas on foot or vehicle to ensure security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Investigate suspicious behavior or incidents
- Enforce laws on the property
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
- Complete reports detailing observations and activities during shifts

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred
- Certificate in security training or related field
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Proficiency in surveillance methods
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems
- Strong conflict management skills
