Overview:
As a Commissions Manager, you will play a critical role in motivating and incentivizing our sales team while ensuring accuracy and fairness in the commission process. Your expertise in commission management and analysis will contribute to the overall success of our sales organization.

What you’ll be doing:

- Commission Plan Development: Collaborate with the Sales and Finance departments to design and implement commission plans that align with the company's sales objectives and ensure a fair and motivating compensation structure.- Commission Calculation and Reporting: Develop and maintain commission calculation models and systems to accurately calculate and track commissions for sales representatives and other eligible employees. Prepare regular commission reports for management review.-
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of commission plans. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales productivity and drive desired sales behaviors.-
- Commission Disbursement: Ensure timely and accurate commission payments to eligible employees. Coordinate with Finance to process commission payments, resolve payment discrepancies, and handle any related inquiries.-
- Policy Compliance: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and commissions. Ensure compliance and adherence to established guidelines and make recommendations for policy enhancements if necessary.-
- Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to address inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies related to commission calculations and payments. Provide guidance and assistance to sales representatives on commission-related matters.-
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve commission processes, tools, and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Identify opportunities for automation and implement technological solutions as appropriate.-
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding commission plans, changes, and updates.- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by implementing appropriate controls and safeguards to protect sensitive commission-related information.

Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Proven experience in FP&A, commission management, sales operations, or a related role-
- In-depth understanding of sales compensation plans, calculations, and performance metrics-
- Proficiency in using commission management software and tools-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights-
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in commission calculations-
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders-
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines-
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding commissions and compensation
