We are looking for a carpet cleaning contractor. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train you in carpet repair and cleaning, if you are willing to learn The contractor must have a valid Texas DL and a back ground check will be performed. Once you have been fully trained the average commission pay per week is $500.00 and up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform carpet cleaning and restoration services at single-family residential and multifamily properties
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools
- Document work performed at each job and communicate any roadblocks
- Evaluate carpet damage with high attention to detail to determine appropriate treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of van and carpet cleaning equipment daily
- Communicate work performed with customers and office team
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently

Our office is located in Pearland, TX. Jobs are performed across the South Houston area.

**Job Type**: Contract/commission

**Salary**: $700.00 to $1,200.00 /week

Language: bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
