Freedom Handy Pros & Contractors is seeking a skilled and professional Contract-Based Home Improvement Technician to join our team. This role involves performing various handyman tasks and home remodeling projects for clients in the Pearland, Rosharon, and Manvel areas. We offer flexible working hours with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of handyman tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home repairs.
- Carry out home remodeling projects such as kitchen and bathroom updates, fixture installations, and cabinet work.
- Represent our company brand with professionalism and exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Own a reliable truck and necessary tools.
- Proven experience in handyman and home remodeling work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and presentable.
