Sales Development Representative

At Advis Agency, we specialize in generating high-quality leads for large health insurance companies through the Free Affordable Care Act program. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in sales and make a significant impact. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential clients. Training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and the Affordable Care Act program.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Leads can be achieved through business to business services or retail events
**Requirements**:
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Entry-Level
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- English fluency is a requirement
