Job Location: Pompano Beach, Fl

This position will be responsible for the following:

- Write/prepare weekly schedule for fire alarm employees (approximately 10)
- Oversee parts ordering for projects; Assist/oversee/work with office personnel to assure projects have all materials in a timely manner; customers are billed; change orders are delivered on time
- Communicate with Drafting department on drawings for projects; Be able to read blueprints and work with others in CAD to design a project ranging from a small retail build out all the way to a 40-story building.
- Have at least 5 years' experience with Notifier systems (understand programming of up to a 3030 panel)
- Be NICET II certified/FASA/BASA certified at minimum
- Oversee project foremen on all install projects
- Quote small to large projects (knowledge of code is crucial)
- Meet with customers (GC’s/Owners) to sell new work (service and install)

Pay would be around $75-$80k per year with negotiable compensation for commission/bonus etc.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
