We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Construction and Landscaping Specialist to join our team. As a specialist at Evergreen Property Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our property care services. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from property maintenance to minor upgrades and repairs, as well as landscaping and construction tasks.

We have jobs pouring in and need people to join our team. Must have some kind of construction experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine property maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns using various equipment.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Execute small interior and exterior improvement projects.
- Conduct repair and renovation tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
- Assist with landscaping projects such as mulching, fertilizing, weeding, and installing hardscapes.
- Address immediate repair needs with efficiency and precision.
- Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a construction role.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, repair techniques, and landscaping.
- Ability to operate lawn care, landscaping, and construction equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, power tools).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic tools required for the job.
- Reliable vehicle capable of towing a landscaping trailer.
- Experience with small engine repair is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
